I see the whole and execute the parts… then hand it back.

I've spent over twenty years in strategic communications, brand positioning, and executive-level marketing, working with companies across industries, managing complex initiatives, and learning what separates pivotal moments that land from those that don't.

The pattern I kept seeing? Capable teams, strong offerings, real momentum, but undermined by misalignment. The internal story didn't match the external message. The strategy is often clear, but their execution was fragmented.

So I built a methodology for it.

The Launch Code is a structured program that applies twenty years of pattern recognition to a defined engagement. It's a framework I authored, built from seeing what works, what doesn't, and why companies miss moments they should have captured.

Today, I work with leadership teams during periods of transition—helping them clarify positioning, align execution, and enter key moments with the coherence and confidence those moments require.
